Wine-tasting :

Ruby red colour with purplish glints..

A nose of red fruits (blackcurrants, raspberries, blackberries) and of violets, developing on ageing with leather and liquorice notes.

It has an imposing tannic structure on the palate but with finesse, blackcurrant, pepper and wood notes, which explode in the mouth. The palate is persistent with very silky tannins.

Serving temperature : between 15 and 20°C
