Grape Variety : 100 % Viognier
Soil : 50% Granite à biotite
50% granite à muscovite.
Harvest : By hand
Land of production : 42410 St Michel sur Rhône

Vinification :

Press in whole bunches.
All Alcoolic fermentation in tank and 500L barrel.
Malolactic fermentation don't do.

Elevage :

60% in 500L barrel and 40 % in stainless tank
no new oak

Keep : less than 5 years, to drink whilst young
to keep all the freshness of the Viognier.

Wine-tasting :

Pale yellow to golden colour, shiny with glints of green.

Fresh and aromatic nose with floral and fruity notes.

The palate is fresh and balanced, with the varietal aromas of Viognier such as hawthorn and acacia as well as peach, with a long persistence gustative.
